Rear spar displacement using cord reference
The measurement of the offset from the cord to the edge of rear spar is 1.35 inches.
Rear Spar has to be spaced up 1.34 inches
1.34 inch spacers for rear spar
(Center of web to attach main spar is 1.5)(Center of rear spar web to attach is 1.125 inches)

Master rib pattern used to double check cord line and spars
Cord line is parallel with table and spar is at right angles
Rear spar at right angles to table
Wood shims 1.35 inches used along the lenght of rhe rear spar
Rear spar has to be spaced up 1.35 inches before assembly
Ribs were left full size (31.66 inches) and notched.
Ribs are 31.66 inches and spar ends are parallel. Ribs are square at both spars .
Top surface is considered the reference for vertical placement.
